Sometimes, we may come across areas that are beyond repair and would be better off replaced. For example you may have some wood that has already begun to rot. We are equipped to handle minor carpentry repairs as needed in order to fulfill a proper and thorough job. If there are an extensive amount of repairs needed we would advise seeking out the help of a carpenter or like trade. If you need help finding someone, we are happy to provide you with some of our recommendations.
