Due to the unforeseen circumstances, when removing wallpaper and the unpredictable condition of the walls underneath, wallpaper removal is done on a Time and Material charge based on our current labor rate and cost of materials. We can give an estimated best-case and worst-case scenario range but the exact cost will vary.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal
We do not recommend removing popcorn texture from ceilings. It is a time consuming messy process that may pose health risks. A better option is to install new drywall over the existing ceiling texture, which may even be a more affordable option without the hassle and you will have a brand new ceiling to work with.
